Director of FP&A
Location: Tampa Bay Area (Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to $175k plus bonus
We’re hiring a Director of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and decision support across a large, multi site operating environment. You’ll drive financial rigor, develop forward looking models, and partner closely with business leaders to guide pricing, investment, and resource decisions. While the role spans multiple operational domains, you’ll also have the opportunity to support cost analytics related to materials, vendors, and supply chain adjacent activities. Experience in these areas is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Own the annual plan, rolling forecast cycles, period close support, and weekly cash/working capital cadence.
- Build forward looking models for revenue, cost drivers, margin, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Translate complex datasets into clear guidance that informs pricing, resourcing, and operational priorities.
- Partner with leaders across operations, sourcing, or supply chain related functions to size initiatives and track financial impact.
- Support the evaluation of market movements, vendor inputs, and cost structures that influence unit economics.
- Develop executive ready reporting packages, dashboards, and variance bridges highlighting trends, risks, and actions.
- Strengthen data quality, controls, and modeling scalability through process and system improvements.
- Coordinate with external advisors or accounting partners to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness.
- Lead and develop a small, high performing team across analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance.
- Demonstrated ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in a complex environment.
- Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and cost/price or margin analysis.
- Strong analytical rigor and the ability to turn ambiguous, noisy data into clear insights.
- Executive presence and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data.
- Proven team leadership and cross functional influence.
- Comfort with SQL, BI tools, or modern analytics platforms (preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with multi unit operations, sourcing, or supply chain related cost structures is a plus, but not mandatory.
