Director of Finance Benefits and Compensation:
- A professional and collaborative working environment (flexibility)
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and high visibility
- Highly competitive compensation of $155,000 - $185,000 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus and strong benefits
Director of Finance Job Duties:
- Prepare, review, and build and maintain financial models, quarterly forecasts and the annual budget that are unique to various reporting segments within the organization
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and general business performance
- Build monthly reports to be leveraged in monthly performance review with senior management and PE Sponsor on data-driven insights
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Support and lead financial aspects of business unit expansion and growth efforts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements
- Support business unit leadership, along with management, with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
Director of Finance Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business major, MBA highly desired
- Solid foundation in FP&A and M&A, ideally in a PE-backed company
- Supervisory skills
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, with a creative approach to problem-solving and business development
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to management and non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
