Director of Financial Operations Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience), plus bonus potential!
Director of Financial Operations Job Duties:
- Oversee financial operations and strategic decisions ensure alignment with company goals.
- Offer strategic support to assigned entities on financial initiatives, reporting, and analysis.
- Handle business unit level financials, including P&L, accounting, budgeting, expenses, and forecasting.
- Validate forecasts, track performance, and assess staffing needs.
- Analyze financial performance, manage risk, review margins, and track savings by entity.
- Develop and maintain financial SOPs.
- Prepare entity-level monthly performance reports, monitoring KPIs.
- Track monthly marketing spend for entities, including budget comparisons and cost analyses.
- Support integration for new entities, coordinating with Integration, Operations, Accounting, IT, and HR.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance, HR, Legal, and other functions on pertinent financial tasks.
- Build trusted relationships with finance peers and executive leaders.
- Uphold ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in all financial activities.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Director of Financial Operations Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required
- 7+ years of strategic financial management experience
- High proficiency in Excel, including comfort level working with large data sets
- Impeccable communication skills and professional diplomacy
- Ability to multi-task and interface with C-Suite level executives
- Advanced technical and analytical skills required
- Strong leadership development skills and ability to excel in a team environment
- Superb attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills required
