Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity for a driven treasury AND/OR finance professional with one of the premier companies in the East Tampa area! This Director of Treasury & Planning will join a top-performing team responsible for assisting with various treasury and FP&A functions.

Director of Treasury & Planning Job Duties:
- Directs the financing functions
- Directs the tax accounting and insurance functions
- Directs the budgeting and planning functions
- Responsible for hiring and managing direct report staff including training, professional development, setting performance goals, performance reviews and feedback
- Perform other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned
Director of Treasury & Planning Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
- CPA preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience; 7+ years of supervisory experience
- Extensive experience with treasury- cash management, banking, investments AND/OR FP&A- budget prep., forecasting and modeling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage priorities daily
- Solid critical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong planning and organization skills and an understanding of the importance of deadlines
- Superb communications skills required
