Finance Analyst
Location: Tampa Bay, FL
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. This role offers high visibility with corporate leadership and the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, budgeting, and operational reporting.

- Salary range $75,000 – 90,000 plus annual bonus
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports
- Lead variance analysis, KPI tracking, and management presentations
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze capital projects and provide forward-looking financial recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes and automate workflows
- Develop and implement dashboards, forecasting models, and operational tools
- Ensure data accuracy through strong quality checks and controls
- Collaborate with senior and property-level management to support decision-making
- Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analytical projects
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field
- 1-6 years of professional finance or analytical experience
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial planning software, Copilot, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise general ledger systems and data consolidation
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Forward-thinking mindset with strong project management and organizational skills
