Senior Financial Analyst – Analyst Job Duties:
- Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, including performance vs. budget and prior year, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
- Create and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and performance trends for leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment of financial assumptions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business initiatives and leadership requests.

Senior Financial Analyst – Skills/Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or business discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar).
- Minimum of five years in FP&A or related corporate finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data management.
- Strong ability to convey financial insights clearly through compelling presentations and data-driven narratives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
