What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze financial data using Excel and ERP systems.
- Identify trends, develop forecasts, and present insights to senior management.
- Provide analytical support for long-range planning, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Spot opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.
- Collaborate across departments to implement improvements.
- Support additional duties and special projects as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ERP reporting experience (SAP or NetSuite preferred).
- Systems-oriented mindset with process improvement experience.
- Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
