Financial Analyst Benefits and Compensation:

Financial Analyst Job Duties:
- Extract, compile, and verify financial and operational data for accuracy.
- Analyze financial information to assess project profitability.
- Perform various financial analyses including margin analysis.
- Produce and communicate informational reports, providing insights.
- Collaborate across departments.
- Detect and correct inconsistencies in financial data.
- Deliver timely operational reports offering insights into company’s financial performance.
Financial Analyst Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A and financial modeling
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
