Job Title: Market Growth Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX (remote for now but hybrid in the near future)
Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
Taylor White is seeking a dynamic, high-potential Market Growth Specialist to support our fast-growing team. This is a hybrid role combining administrative precision, marketing coordination, and IT research and implementation. In addition to supporting market efforts and internal systems, this individual will also serve our senior leaders, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fluid environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited to grow alongside a company that’s expanding.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide executive administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up coordination.
- Assist with data entry, paperwork, and compliance tasks (e.g., state-specific requirements).
- Maintain internal documentation and support process tracking for various operational initiatives.
Marketing Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between marketing leadership and other departments.
- Help organize and execute local events, client-facing initiatives, and internal campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for paid ads, partnerships, and brand enhancement efforts.
- Contribute to SEO, content planning, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
Technology & Systems
- Assist with onboarding and troubleshooting existing technology and systems.
- Research and help implement new technologies, including AI platforms and internal systems.
Who You Are
- A “jack-of-all-trades” with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks but excited by creative and strategic work.
- Tech-savvy and curious about AI, marketing systems, and digital tools.
- Passionate about event planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience (industry background flexible).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools; familiarity with marketing platforms and an ATS and/or CRM a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
