Procurement Specialist
Location: In-office with flexible scheduling
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 + Full Benefits (Health, PTO, 401K)
We’re partnering with a dynamic, tech-forward organization that operates across multiple entities to find a Procurement Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to leadership and the opportunity to shape procurement processes from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee all aspects of procurement, including purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and supporting operational needs across three companies.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure timely communication, proactive follow-ups, and implementation of best practices.
- Help define and standardize procurement workflows and procedures.
- Navigate shifting priorities with confidence and flexibility in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with recent, hands-on experience in procurement who’s ready to take ownership and make informed decisions.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a knack for building relationships across departments.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first environment; familiarity with NetSuite is a bonus.
- Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience in construction or related industries is a plus.
- Comfortable working without direct reports initially, but open to future leadership opportunities.
