Compensation: 60K-70k

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing critical deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the transaction process.

What You’ll Do
- Support the transaction team throughout all phases of multiple deals.
- Draft contracts, open escrows, track critical dates, and manage closings.
- Maintain organized electronic files and ensure accurate documentation.
- Read and interpret real estate contracts, leases, and settlement statements.
- Track and follow up on post-closing obligations.
- Update and maintain master insurance database and notify parties of renewals.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and correct property details.
- Coordinate progress to meet deadlines and report status frequently.
What You Bring
- College education preferred in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction management, escrow/title, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
