Procurement Manager
Job Description
Procurement Manager | Up to $120k + 15% Bonus
Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site: 4 Days/Week, Fridays Remote) | Full-Time
A fast-growing, private equity-backed consumer goods company is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and vendor management across a rapidly expanding product portfolio.
This position is primarily based in Lutz, with regular collaboration at the Westshore.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage procurement operations across multiple product lines and vendor relationships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with third-party manufacturers and suppliers
- Collaborate with product development, finance, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards
- Support new product launches with timely and cost-effective sourcing
- Build and maintain forecast models to optimize procurement cycles
- Work closely with purchasing to ensure accuracy and efficiency in transactions
- Implement and refine sourcing strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within consumer products or manufacturing
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., MS Business Central, NetSuite, Stock-IQ)
- Strong vendor management and purchasing experience
- Ability to build and manage forecast models
- Experience implementing sourcing strategies and running RFx processes
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action
- Experience in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling company is a plus
- Proven success in high-volume environments with shifting priorities
