Position Summary
We seek an experienced Recruiting Manager with strong business development skills and accounting/finance knowledge. This role balances candidate sourcing, client development, and full lifecycle recruiting. You collaborate closely with experienced Recruiters and Account Managers while building and managing your own book of business in an entrepreneurial, high impact environment.

Key Responsibilities


Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify and develop new client relationships through outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and recommend staffing solutions.
  • Manage job orders from intake through fulfillment.
  • Maintain and grow client accounts through service excellence.
  • Advise clients on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
  • Partner internally to align client expectations with candidate delivery.

Candidate Recruitment & Lifecycle Management

  • Source and recruit accounting and finance candidates for operational accounting roles, including AP, AR, Payroll, and Bookkeeping
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, goals, and compensation needs.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and facilitate post interview feedback.
  • Extend verbal offers and support negotiations.

Network Building & Branding

  • Build a strong professional network using referrals, outreach, and social media.
  • Contribute to creative recruiting efforts including videos, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance or F&A recruiting, with combined experience strongly preferred (but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Passion for helping others and career development.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
