• Highly competitive compensation of $95,000 - $105,000 (commensurate with experience) 

Senior Accountant Job Duties: 

• Compile and analyze financial reports on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while comparing performance against historical data, budgets, and projections.
• Support the annual review and update of cost structures and pricing models.
• Oversee and contribute to various inventory-related processes, including cost analysis, stock verification, and variance assessments for both procured and internally produced items.
• Execute journal entries and perform financial analyses as part of the monthly closing process.
• Conduct reconciliations to ensure balance sheet accuracy and integrity.
• Manage and maintain financial allocations within SAP, including setup and oversight of cost and profit structures.
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory financial disclosures on a periodic basis.
• Assist in transaction reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Help establish and monitor internal controls to uphold financial and operational integrity.
• Participate in special initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Senior Accountant Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 
• Big 4 public accounting experience and CPA certification highly preferred
• 4+ years accounting within a manufacturing/inventory-centric environment  
• Large ERP system required
• Process improvement mindset and someone who wants to maintain a sense of ownership over their work. 
• Solid technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills required. 
• Strong attention to detail and superb communications skills required
