Senior Accountant
Location: Boca Raton/Delray Beach, FL In-Office | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: Competitive Base + Bonus

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team and take ownership of daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Execute month-end close and prepare financial statements.
- Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages for investors, lenders, and management.
- Analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Support annual audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
- Prepare lease and owner share payment analyses.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 3–5 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a mix of public and industry
- Exposure to real estate, leasing, or telecommunications is a plus
- Experience with lease accounting
- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
- Great attitude, positive and interested in personal and professional growth
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial culture
