- Highly competitive compensation of $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Senior Accountant Job Duties:
- Handle month-end close to ensure proper accruals, reconciliation, prepaid, P&L, and balance sheet for multiple properties
- Support the audits of portfolio entities
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of cash accounts
- Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice review and payment preparation
- Prepare cash flow projections and requested financial information to stakeholders
- Assist in budget preparation
Senior Accountant Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 4 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Team player and eager to learn new tasks
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Property management or hospitality experience desired.
