Senior Accountant Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $95,000 - $120,000, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
Senior Accountant Job Duties:
- Support accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Own end-to-end finance processes to assist business and finance partners.
- Assess and design internal controls for effective risk management.
- Make key judgments to facilitate monthly book closures.
- Escalate risks and issues to leadership as needed.
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Lead accounting tasks, including reconciliations, invoicing, billing, expense analysis, and financial statement preparation.
- Strengthen partnerships between accounting and business teams while conducting technical accounting research.
Senior Accountant Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Big 4 public accounting, CPA, 3+ years of experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
