Tampa, FL (South Tampa) | Full-Time | Hybrid Potential

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or actively pursuing.
- ~3–5 years of experience in public accounting, industry, or a mix of both.
- Strong month-end close and account reconciliation skills.
- Experience reviewing staff work and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong Excel skills; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Customer service mindset and ability to build strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support audit preparation by compiling schedules and documentation.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized accounting solutions.
- Lead or assist in implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior staff, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards are met.
