Senior Accountant
Location: Hybrid | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $105,000

What You’ll Do
- Support monthly general ledger accounting and maintain high-quality financial records.
- Assist with month-end close and help drive improvement of a 10-day close (goal: 7 days).
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Support audit processes and provide clean, accurate supporting documentation.
- Assist with acquisition onboarding as it relates to accounting processes.
- Partner with finance leadership on ad-hoc accounting, analysis, or operational projects.
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3-4 years of accounting experience.
- Ideal candidate: CPA with a mix of Big 4 and industry in a high-growth or acquisitive setting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GL accounting, month-end close, and audit support.
- FP&A or M&A integration experience is a plus (not required).
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, analysis).
- Experience with NetSuite preferred but not required.
- Driven, hungry, detail-oriented, and comfortable with occasional 45–50 hour weeks during peak close periods.
- Process-improvement mindset and desire to build scalable, efficient workflows.
