Senior Corporate Accountant | $84K–$94K
Location: Tampa Bay, FL | Hybrid | Full-Time
One of our corporate clients has asked for our assistance in filling a new Senior Accountant to join its large accounting team. Great hybrid schedule with this quality company and team! We are seeking a professional with 2+ years of public accounting audit or assurance experience with a national firm to interface cross-functionally within the organization re: internal controls, risk assessment, analysis, consolidations, and more for both domestic and international segments of the company. Ideal opportunity for a public accounting professional ready to step into a senior-level role with visibility and impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
- Partner with finance teams across the organization to review and analyze monthly results
- Conduct variance analysis and present findings to executive leadership
- Post top-level journal entries and support month end close procedures
- Review internal and external financial reports for accuracy
- Perform accounting research and draft technical memos
- Identify risks, recommend process improvements, and support fraud detection testing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, audit, and executive teams
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 2+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience preferred
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with both detail orientation and big-picture thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with internal controls, risk identification, and financial reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
