Key Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics across the organization.
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial results to understand trends, variances, and operational drivers.
- Partner with field and operational leaders to strengthen financial decision making and uncover efficiency opportunities.
- Build productive working relationships with external financial institutions.
- Oversee analysis of debt structures, cash related activities, and lender reporting obligations.
- Model financial impacts of capital projects and operational changes to support strategic planning.
- Assess market dynamics to inform pricing, competitive positioning, and community level strategies.
- Lead financial analysis supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio adjustments.
- Provide clarity, structure, and consistency during a period of organizational expansion.
- Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Contribute to long term planning efforts with a focus on operational performance and portfolio optimization.
- Support the transition of responsibilities as senior finance leadership takes on broader organizational scope.
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to develop deeper FP&A capabilities.
- Comfortable partnering with operational teams and communicating across all levels.
- Ability to lead through change and bring stability in fast moving environments.
- Genuine curiosity around financial performance and what drives results.
- Ready to assume expanded responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
- Nice to Have: CPA credential.
- Nice to Have: Experience in multi site service businesses, real asset portfolios, or related industries.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to lending relationships, financial agreements, or treasury related activities.
- Nice to Have: Prior leadership within FP&A.
