Location: Tampa Bay Area | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement effective pipeline management and sales policies to streamline operations and support overall revenue objectives
- Foster collaboration across Operations, Corporate Marketing, and Sales to align goals and drive the execution of revenue-generating strategies
- Work closely with company leaders to establish systems and processes that directly enhance revenue streams and improve cash flow
- Produce and present accurate reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership to enable data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the Salesforce CRM is consistently maintained and standardized for reliable, efficient reporting
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, technical or business-related field preferred
- MBA or similar business-related advanced degree is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations as a Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
- Strong knowledge of systems, processes, and technology within revenue operations
- Proven ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into actionable system and process requirements, and drive execution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Deep experience with Salesforce, CRM applications, and email marketing platforms highly preferred
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members
