What You’ll Do:
- Own and enhance Excel-based reporting, modeling, and analysis across multiple departments
- Pull and manipulate financial data from reporting systems to analyze trends, variances, and key drivers
- Perform deep-dive ad hoc analysis (e.g., vendor spend, compensation trends, benefit cost changes)
- Build and refine financial reporting packs, including analysis of YoY changes by service line, customer, or department
- Support leadership with presentation materials, including executive-level PowerPoint decks
- Assist in the transition to more robust financial systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable — you’ll be tested on this during the process
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; able to take ambiguous questions and dig into the data to find answers
- Experience with a large ERP required
- Exposure to tools like Hyperion, Vena Solutions, Power BI, Anaplan or Adaptive Insights, a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with occasional local meetups
