Senior Manager, FP&A Benefits and Compensation:

Senior Manager, FP&A Job Duties:
- Work closely with business unit management to build and maintain the annual budget and update forecasts throughout the year
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecasts, challenge assumptions, communicate findings for reporting and decision making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance, enhance profitability, and reduce costs
- Maintain and improve complex financial models, reporting and analytics tools, and processes
- Play key role in project management and execution of implementation of consolidation and reporting tool
- Optimize FP&A workflows to support evolving business needs
- Guide and develop team members to foster individual and team performance and maximize the team’s support for the overall business
- Support ad hoc analyses, scenario planning, M&A, and strategic initiatives
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and presenting financial data clearly – be able to “tell the story”
- Identify business needs and gaps in existing tools and create solutions to fill those needs; build dashboards, improve presentation materials, introduce key metrics, and more
Senior Manager, FP&A Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience required
- Experience with budgeting, long term strategic planning, forecasting, KPI’s, building and maintaining financial models
- Advanced Microsoft Excel required (experience with large data sets, complex formulas)
- Prior experience with large-scale planning/reporting tools required. (Ex. Acterys, OneStream, Adaptive Insights, etc.)
- Direct participation in a system implementation and ability to assist with project management efforts to implement best practices strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills required, including comfort level presenting to C-suite
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
