Senior Pricing Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior Pricing Analyst to join a private equity-backed manufacturing company—one of Tampa Bay’s premier employers. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making alongside a high-caliber leadership team.
Senior Pricing Analyst – Benefits and Compensation

- Highly competitive salary: $85,000–$120,000 + bonus potential (salary commensurate with experience)

Senior Pricing Analyst – Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed pricing analysis for new products, customer quotes, and margin enhancement initiatives
- Build and maintain cost and pricing models to assess product, customer, and segment profitability
- Analyze sales, cost, and margin trends to drive pricing and profitability strategies
- Develop dynamic Excel-based models and tools to support scenario planning and business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to refine pricing strategies
- Identify process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy, margin visibility, and financial reporting
- Create and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
- Support CFO and FP&A team with ad hoc financial projects and analysis
- Assist in some month-end close procedures
Senior Pricing Analyst – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on pricing, margin, or profitability
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query; VBA a plus)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a results-driven approach
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence decisions across departments
- High initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
