Our client, a national CPA firm right here in Tampa Bay, is adding top tier talent to their team to support their growth. This Senior Tax Accountant position will have outstanding visibility and interfacing with key management. Senior Tax Accountant Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Senior Tax Accountant Job Duties:
- Work with team on preparing client’s tax returns, liaise with clients, review work of staff.
- Collaborate on the timely and accurate completion of work product.
- Other special tax projects, as needed.
Senior Tax Accountant Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, or Law required, CPA is a PLUS!
- 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
- Experience with corporate income tax preparation
- Knowledge of federal, state, and/or international corporate tax law
- Experience includes US tax compliance, fixed assets/depreciation concepts and strategies, electronic research, and ASC 740/FAS 109
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
- Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
- Superb communications skills required
