Tax Manager
Location: Tampa | In-office 3 days a week
Compensation: $105-130k (commensurate with exp)
A high-impact opportunity awaits a tax professional with strong provision experience ready to contribute to a fast-growing, private equity-backed company. This role offers exposure to international tax strategy, ownership of tax provision. hands-on compliance, and the chance to help shape a lean, agile tax function.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
- Manage U.S. federal corporate income tax filings and support international compliance.
- Analyze large data sets using Excel (pivot tables) and support financial reporting.
- Research new jurisdictions and support tax planning for expansion.
- Drive process improvements and help build scalable tax operations.
What you will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation.
- Credentials: CPA required.
- Experience: 4+ years in tax, ideally with Big 4 or large CPA firm and/or multinational public company.
- Technical Skills: Strong ASC 740 knowledge, tax provision and compliance, Excel proficiency.
