Transaction Advisory Senior
Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid
Compensation: Up to $95,000 base + bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional to join a growing Transaction Advisory group focused on financial due diligence for middle market transactions. The role is ideal for someone with a public accounting or transaction advisory background who enjoys working closely with clients, analyzing financial performance, and contributing to informed investment decisions, all within a collaborative and balanced work environment.

What You Will Do
- Support financial due diligence engagements on both buy side and sell side transactionsPrepare and assist with quality of earnings and related financial analyses
- Compile and manage client request lists and oversee data room activity
- Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and working capital trends
- Reconcile and evaluate operating cash flows
- Assess financial operations of target companies to help quantify transaction impacts
- Communicate effectively with engagement leaders throughout the diligence lifecycle
- Collaborate with other advisory teams as needed to support transaction execution
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); Master’s degree a plus
- CPA preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, or related consulting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail with genuine curiosity around transactions and business dynamics
