Senior Treasury Analyst 

Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid (2 days in office)
Compensation: $95k -$115k base + strong bonus (salary commensurate with experience)

A highly visible opportunity for a hands-on treasury professional to join a rapidly growing shared services organization in the healthcare space. Continued expansion and increasing complexity have created the need for a Senior Treasury Analyst who can oversee enterprise-wide cash management, strengthen processes, and support a multi-site environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead company-wide cash management, liquidity oversight, and forecasting
• Manage all banking relationships, debt facilities, leases, and capital calls
• Oversee treasury controls, compliance, processes, and reporting
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to support month-end close and scalability
• Communicate key treasury insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of three treasury professionals
• Drive process improvements, optimize systems, and support future expansion initiatives

•  Experience in multi site or shared services environments— healthcare, senior living, property management, or similar preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with exceptional attention to detail
