Treasury Manager Job Duties: 

• Oversee daily cash flow management and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for treasury operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with finance team on budget and financial planning.
• Manage debt financing and repayment strategies.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the management of corporate credit facilities.
• Lead treasury-related projects and system implementations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of treasury transactions.
• Evaluate and improve treasury processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior treasury staff.
• Perform other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned

Treasury Manager Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CTP certification a plus
• Broad exposure to cash, debt management and treasury workstations (implementation experience a plus)
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Strong process & innovation experience
• Previous history successfully working with banking relationships
• Advanced MS Office Suite including Excel (pivots/lookups at a minimum)
• Solid critical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
• Ability to flourish in a high-growth, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Superb communication skills required
