VP of Finance
Job Description

We seek a VP of Finance to join one of our top clients responsible for overseeing finance, partnering with internal operations and key stakeholders, and driving the business as they expand.
VP of Finance Benefits and Compensation:

- Highly competitive compensation of $135,000-160,000, plus a strong bonus (commensurate with experience)
VP of Finance Job Duties:
- Supervise associates: Staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution
- Direct financial strategy: Planning, forecasting, and financial reporting to CEO / Corporate
- Provide high-level analytical support: Strategic financial areas
- Senior leadership team member: Set operational strategies, analyze trends, and report on growth projections
- Develop financial policies: Align with company strategy, key initiatives, and success factors
- Support CEO: Implement continuous business improvements and assess new business opportunities
- Review financial reports: Present detailed Company operating results to CEO/Corporate.
- Budget oversight: Establish goals and manage the budget process with the CEO
- Manage Finance department: Financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, credit management, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
VP of Finance Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Or Related Area
- 6 + Years experience in a finance leadership role in a large high-volume industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
