Vice President of Treasury & Accounting Benefits and Compensation:

Vice President of Treasury & Accounting – Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight of treasury operations across regions, managing both corporate and escrow accounts with a focus on continuous process improvement through technology.
• Lead treasury-related initiatives and special projects.
• Monitor and manage all bank account activity and ensure accounts have optimal services at competitive pricing.
• Maintain bank documentation, including service agreements, authorized signers, and wire personnel lists.
• Oversee online banking platforms and security administration; resolve service-related issues with financial institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Present annual banking activity reports to the Board of Directors.
• Serve as the primary liaison with financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms and monitoring the financial health of banking partners.
• Ensure consistent application of treasury controls and policies nationwide; periodically update control documentation.
• Supervise the escrow reconciliation process, supporting efforts to centralize, automate, and maintain oversight of escrow funds.
• Direct the Facilities team in lease management, facility guidance, and oversight of owned real estate.
• Manage the Company’s Travel & Entertainment program, including policy development, card program administration, and user support.
• Oversee the Company’s fleet leasing program—negotiating lease terms, managing placements and terminations, and reviewing driver eligibility.
• Administer the risk management reporting process.
• Support accounting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Vice President of Treasury & Accounting -   Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, CPA highly preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally prior public accounting experience, insurance, or mortgage industry experience a plus.
• Strong experience in cash/banking management and strategy, and process improvement centered around treasury.  
• Experience with accounting close process and internal controls
